We love making our residents feel special on their birthdays here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home, and we’ve recently celebrated two very happy occasions!
Our lovely resident Susan marked her 92nd birthday surrounded by family and friends. She enjoyed a delightful tea party filled with lots of love and plenty of cake! It was a wonderful celebration of a very special day. Happy birthday Susan!
Barry also recently celebrated his birthday, turning 81 with not one, but two cakes! He began his special day with a visit from his family, enjoying the first round of celebrations. Later, he continued the fun with friends here at our Home – and when evening arrived, it was time for cake number two!
It was a lovely day from start to finish, filled with warmth and good company. Many happy returns!
