Some of our residents here at The Downs Residential Care Home joined in to celebrate National Sandwich Day on Thursday 3 November.
To mark the occasion our residents made their own sandwiches with different fillings, including corned beef and brown pickle, ham and tomato, cheese and cucumber and egg mayonnaise. Later on, we all enjoyed them with a cup of tea.
