Bake and taste
On Wednesday the 17 November some of our residents joined in for a ‘bake and taste’ session here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home.
Our ladies mixed the ingredients to make chocolate chip cookies, which were then baked and later enjoyed with a cup of tea.

Party time
On Friday 19 November our gents celebrated International Men’s Day and to mark the occasion we organised a special party for them.
They thoroughly enjoyed wine, beer and a selection of tasty nibbles and loved socialising with each other, listening and singing along to Elvis Presley.
