We were delighted to celebrate another fantastic Employee of the Month here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home – and this time, the spotlight was on our wonderful Health Care Assistant, Jodie Harvey!
Jodie was absolutely speechless when her name was announced, but her recognition was so well deserved. She’s known for being hardworking, dependable and always ready with a smile that brightens everyone’s day. Her dedication and compassion shine through in everything she does, making a real difference to our residents and her colleagues alike.
To show our appreciation, Jodie received a framed certificate, a cheerful bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates as a small token of thanks for her continued commitment and care.
