On Thursday 22 October our resident John celebrated his 95th birthday at The Old Downs Residential Care Home.
He enjoyed a special tea party, birthday cake and a visit from his family, which really made his day.
John also received a very special birthday letter from the Dorchester Hotel where he worked as a Restaurant Manager for over 20 years – including working with celebrity Swiss Chef Anton Mosimann. John was thrilled to receive their birthday wishes and was all smiles throughout his special day.
