On Tuesday 14 June a group of our residents and staff from The Old Downs Residential Care Home took a minibus trip out to a local garden centre to buy plants for our garden.
We bought a range of vegetable and herb plants including tomato, cucumber, courgette, aubergine, parsley, thyme and lavender.
On our return, our residents planted our new purchases – and we’re very much looking forward to watching our crop grow!
