On Friday 13 May a group of our residents and staff joined in to celebrate World Cocktail Day here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home.
We made variety of delicious cocktails:
- Strawberry mojito
- Mint mojito
- ‘Passion at the Old Downs’
- Champagne cocktails
Our ladies and gents thoroughly enjoyed sampling the refreshing drinks. Cheers everyone!
International Nurses and Carers Day
On Thursday 12 May our residents and staff joined in to mark International Nurses Day.
We wrote messages and wrapped individual gifts for our lovely staff.
Out team really appreciated their gifts and enjoyed the chocolate – yum!
