On Wednesday 30 August some of our lovely residents joined in for a ‘Bake and Taste’ activity here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home.
The enthusiastic group made an apple and blackberry crumble from scratch, starting off by peeling apples and then mixing all the ingredients, which our ladies thoroughly enjoyed.
Later, we tucked into our apple and blackberry crumble with a cup of tea – delicious!
