To mark Breast Cancer Awareness month here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home, our residents took part in our annual ‘Wear It Pink’ day.
Our lovely Recreation and Well-Being team member Dee spoke about the importance of checking your breasts, for both men and women, and being aware of changes in your body.
Afterwards, our residents enjoyed a lovely sweet trolly with some nice pink bubbly and cake. Everyone residents throughly enjoyed both the talk and the yummy treats!
