On Wednesday 10 November a group of our residents at The Old Downs Residential Care Home joined in for a day of ‘Carrying on Camping’ in Ireland!
We decorated our conservatory with Irish flag bunting and our residents looks great in their Irish flag hats too!
Our ladies and gents enjoyed putting together a tent, with assistance from our staff, and loved an afternoon of Irish favourites including a selection of lively Irish music and a choice of Guinness or Irish cream from our decorated drinks trolley!
Great fun and lovely to celebrate Irish culture.
