We love keeping active with our residents at The Old Downs Residential Care Home and there’s nothing better than some shared active games in our lounge.
On Saturday 25 November some of our lovely residents joined in for a parachute game together. They loved the fun exercises as they tried to keep the balloon from falling on the floor – great for upper body fitness!
On Sunday we had some lively games of balloon tennis when everyone had fun hitting a balloon with our large racquets, which is particularly good for testing hand-eye coordination.
We all had a great time, with lots of smiles and laughter all round!
