Birthday wishes
This weekend at The Old Downs Residential Care Home we celebrated our resident Ann’s 103rd birthday by having a party for with her with her favourite singer, Kevin Walsh.
Ann’s family came to join in the birthday celebrations and everyone had a great time singing and dancing .

Wreath making
On Sunday 3 December our residents started making their Christmas wreaths.
We collected some foliage from our garden and started pulling them together. Our residents really enjoyed this activity, working with the lush green pieces, pine cones and red trimmings.
We look forward to creating some more soon.
