We’ve been keeping our residents’ spirits up here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home, with some St Patrick Day soda bread baking, which was a big hit!
Our ladies mixed all the ingredients together and prepped the dough to be baked – very much a team effort.
The finished loaves were enjoyed by everybody at afternoon tea time.
A super day of baking and tasting!
