Last week at The Old Downs Residential Care Home, we decided to make brownies in our popular Cooking Club. Everyone always works together as a team during our cooking sessions, helping each other out.
The original plan wasn’t to make double chocolate brownies until someone had the bright idea to add chocolate chips into the mix – what a great plan!
The brownies came out beautifully and they were quickly enjoyed warm out of the oven, served from our cake stand – perfect with a cup of tea and a natter!
