Last week our residents at The Old Downs Residential Care Home took a Nellsar virtual mini cruise to Egypt and had a chance to explore the history behind this fascinating country.
Our ladies and gents started by exploring how Egyptian pyramids were built and then had a go at making their own, covering them in gold foil to make them really stand out.
Later, everyone enjoyed an Egyptian meal and this was followed by some dressing up fun – featuring Tutankhamen and his wife!
We’ve all had great fun on our cruise!
