On Wednesday 13 September we hosted an exercise class with The Right Step Dance Company here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home.
Our residents thoroughly enjoyed exercising to music and are looking forward to the next session.
We all had a great time and it’s such a good feeling to be keeping fit!
