On Saturday 16 September we used our creative skills to decorate some tasty cakes with raspberries, strawberries and cream for our afternoon tea at The Old Downs Residential Care Home.
Our residents very much enjoyed this activity as it evoked memories of their own family baking days.
In the afternoon they shared the cakes with their friends at a tea party, which went down a treat – what a lovely way to spend time together!
