On Thursday 9 February a group of our residents joined in to celebrate World Pizza Day with some baking here at The Old Downs Residential Care Home.
Our residents created their own pizzas, with a variety of toppings including salami, ham, mozzarella, fresh basil and fresh tomatoes.
Later in the afternoon we all enjoyed our homemade pizzas with a cup of tea – a truly delicious way to spend the afternoon!
