On Tuesday 19 January our residents at The Old Downs Residential Care Home came together to mark International Flower Day.
They enjoyed doing flower arrangements with a wonderful selection of blooms and created their own bouquets. It was lovely to see such beautiful splashes of colour as the arrangements took shape.
Our ladies also took time to colour in some flower pictures and have a go at constructing some foam flower arrangements too, which look so effective.
A ‘blooming’ marvellous time was had by all!
