On Friday 22 May our ladies and gents joined in for an arts and crafts group at The Old Downs Residential Care Home.
Their mission was to paint bird feeders for our garden and everyone really enjoyed creating their own colourful design – including spots, speckles and flowers. We think they look brilliant!
Everyone had fun and one of our residents commented how relaxing it was. We think our birds will enjoy these new additions to our garden!
This warm weather has also meant that we’ve been enjoying outdoors more and we’ve made sure our residents have had a good selection of ice lollies to choose from to keep them cool.
