Our residents at The Old Downs Residential Care Home and some family members enjoyed getting involved with the final stages of the Nellsar Group garden competition last week, which was designed to be a fun competition to bring everyone together and create the best Jubilee themed garden.
The green-fingered fun culminated last week with a delicious garden tea party. Inspired by the Queen’s preferences, our residents enjoyed apricot jam scones, jam sandwiches, along with some tea served in the finest china set.
Our residents had the most enjoyable afternoon!
