With the summer well and truly in swing now, we wanted to celebrate its arrival at The Old Downs Residential Care Home, and what better way than with a dance and singsong.
Rob T came to perform for us last week and he had everyone up and dancing in no time! Rob sang a seaside medley for our residents and the atmosphere was amazing – everyone had a smile on their face.
We enjoy lots of different activities here at The Old Downs, but nothing compares to the joy of experiencing a live performance. It is a beautiful way to reminisce with different tunes through the decades, and a dance is a non-negotiable! Our brilliant Carers came to have a boogie with everyone too of course!
